Returns conditions
As indicated in our T&Cs:
- After receipt of your order you have up to 14 days maximum to return the package.
Sale items, promotions, clearance or flash sales cannot be returned.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- No returns or sending by click and collect
Returns must only be made by La Poste.
Note that the shipping method (tracking, with signature, etc.) for returning your package is your responsibility.
- Please note : We will not accept or collect returns at relay points under any circumstances. Returns must be made to the address indicated on the return slip.
Once the reimbursement has been validated, it will be done by:
- A refund via the payment method used when you paid for your purchase.
Example: if you made the payment by Paypal, the reimbursement will be made via Paypal.
The return conditions are as follows:
- Do not remove labels.
Do not wear or wash the item, do not leave traces on clothing (make-up, etc.).
- Shipping in original packaging.
For shoes: the sole must be intact (no signs of wear) Preferably try the shoes on a carpet, or a smooth surface. Any return of a pair of shoes with worn or damaged soles (even slightly) will be refused.
Here is the procedure for returning your items:
Orders returned without this MANDATORY form cannot be refunded.
- Download the returns form in the “return conditions” section.
Pack the package carefully.
- MANDATORY : Put the return form inside your package.
Return the package to the address indicated on this form.
